Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, refunds and returns will be handled on a case by case basis. If your product was severely damaged during shipping, notify us via email and we will ship you a new bottle free of charge. If the item is damaged due to shipping, Powerhouse Protein, LLC. will not be responsible for a refund and you should contact the shipping provider. If you have any other complaint or concern with the product, email customer.service@powerhouseprotein.com and a live representative with the company will respond within 24 business hours to address the problem.
